🛍️ Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us in writing using the Returns Form Below.
- You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we’ll issue a full refund of the product price (including standard delivery costs).
Return postage costs are normally your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

To start a return, please contact us using the Returns Form Below.
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please ensure items are:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- Returned with all tags, labels, and packaging where applicable
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- We cannot refund upgraded delivery options (e.g. next-day shipping).
- If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may deduct an appropriate amount to reflect any reduction in value.
🧵 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us using the Returns Form Below within 30 days.
We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, and cover return postage costs.
